Hook

The Awesome Hook is a welcome addition to the system of bowling balls from MORICH. It’s refreshing to see a manufacturer release balls that complement others in their line-up so well. It’s amazing at how linear the progression is between each ball in the line making it easier during competition to switch between balls without guesswork. Based on this fact it’s evident that Mo truly is a man with a plan and that is a very good thing for bowlers.

Manufacturer's Intent: Said Mo, "We switched to an upper flip block to retain axis tilt and rotation longer. We also raised the mass bias strength from .022 to .028, and raised the Diff from .048 to .051, all to create a stronger move off the spot." The low spin time and strong mass bias have a pronounced effect on the ball's breakpoint angularity. All testers saw this quick move at the breakpoint, regardless of rev-rate or ball speed. I would have named this ball "Mo Flip," due to its quick response once off the oil.
